The development and manufacturing of integrated monitor systems for multimedia furniture and audiovisual environments requires not only creative ideas, but also an innovative team approach where our years of experience and project knowledge are brought to bear on everything we develop. Product development at ELEMENT ONE does not occur in a vacuum – it is based on a broad foundation of project experience, knowledge of AV equipment, current and long-term market developments and a feel for the needs of our partners and customers.

Quality Control at ELEMENT ONE starts with the incoming raw materials which are precisely measured and inspected to ensure they meet our extremely high standards. This level of precision testing is continued throughout the manufacturing process and only reaches our final acceptance testing process after passing through four additional testing stations. Our testing procedures includes mechanical testing, electrical testing, program testing, picture quality testing as well as a 100% visual inspection. Test results are recorded on our extensive internal reporting system, collecting details such as friction and power measurements as well as calibration details along with final adjustments to the velocity of the screen retraction system. Each unit goes through this rigorous process and only with a final approval does the unit receive a final cleaning, final inspection and is packaged for delivery. Within the packaging, our customers will receive a copy of the inspection report providing confidence that each ELEMENT ONE product that leaves our factory has meet our exacting standards.

The quality of an ELEMENT ONE product is the result of the quality of all of its parts. This is why every component from an extruded rail to a milled bracket, a precision gear to even the smallest washer is tested for performance and longevity. What you see on the surface is a reflection of the components inside. This level of precision engineering and attention to detail results in a quality product with a long lifespan that our customers have come to rely on.
